Welcome to

Everything String

Everything String was founded in 1997 by Stephen and Ann Chin to promote excellence in the development of string ensemble playing.

The primary objective of Everything String is to expose all levels of string players to a diverse range of musical styles.  Melodic interest is often shared between parts making for a positive dynamic within the ensemble.  The music itself is attractive to players and audience alike, a number of pieces being well known classics.  Many sets contain two or more works.

Everything String publications have been selected as test pieces for various festivals and are currently on the Australian Music Examination Board (AMEB) Violin, Viola, Cello, Double Bass and String Ensemble Syllabuses.

Commissions for music festivals, special occasions or for specific ensembles can be arranged.  Indeed many of the works available have been generated this way.
